Well, it has been a while since this was updated. No news is pretty great news. Fathers day was a great day, and we sat to dinner, where he actually had his own food, and we let him sit at the table. No Blender needed.
The quantity, and quality of food is going up by the day.
He has turned having a few good hours, into having a good day, into now having some good weeks. Next up, a few good months. He has a near full head of hair, and as you can see it is middle 1950's nearly jet black. Take a moment and look at the Christmas video. I think he looks just a little bit better now eh?
Therapy is still underway to get his swallowing in order, but as you can see from the near empty plate of food, he is really just working on swallowings 'finer' details. The basics he clearly has down pat.
Next up is getting him not to be crooked in pictures. For those that really know him, that may take a while.
